Â鶹ÉçÇø Pembroke senior Megan Brinson, graduating this spring with a double major in Sociology and Music, will be continuing her studies in sociology at NC State in the fall. She has accepted an offer for a five-year Ph.D. program and will be specializing in both inequalities and work in the global economy. Ms. Brinson hopes to complete research on women in traditionally male-dominated fields, which was inspired by her senior thesis on women in the classical music field. She is especially thankful to the Sociology department at Â鶹ÉçÇø Pembroke for providing experience and resources that made her a competitive candidate for graduate study!
