Jared Tuton, who is a Biology major and undergraduate researcher in Dr. Ben Bahr's Alzheimer's disease lab, was awarded a North Carolina Space Grant scholarship last summer. Tuton joins a distinguished group of undergraduate and graduate students whose research for 2020-2021 is funded by a NC Space Grant. Tuton's research, which will be conducted in the Bahr Lab, is entitled, Repair Pathway for Reducing Seizure Vulnerability that Compromises Hippocampal Synapses. Click to read the full story.
