PRESENTATION FORMATS
**** UPDATE: Our new printing vendor is requesting that posters be submitted in JPG format only, at least 150 DPI. ****
- Posters: Posters must be 36in (H) x 48in (W) (see Templates below), at least 150 DPI resolution, in JPEG format, and digitally flattened. Easels, poster boards (36in x 48in) and push pins will be provided at the Forum. Posters must be printed prior to the event. Upload posters to the end of the registration form. It is responsibility of the student and mentor to ensure that posters are sized and formatted correctly. Due to the cost of printing, posters that are incorrectly sized and formatted will not be re-printed and will be omitted from presentation.
- Exhibit/Displays: are welcome for those in the visual arts or those simply preferring an alternate format. All exhibits will be displayed in the same room as the posters. Please advise the staff of your needs such as a pedestal or easel.
- Performances: May be musical, theatrical, performance art or spoken poetry/writing. Please work with the PURC Center staff and your faculty mentor to determine audiovisual needs.
- Oral Presentations: Oral presentations are welcome in any discipline. Please advise the staff of your AV needs.
