Viewing my Financial Aid

Steps to access your Â鶹ÉçÇøP Banner Identification Number:

  1. From the Â鶹ÉçÇøP homepage click on Quicklinks,
  2. Scroll down and select ,
  3. Log in to with username and password,
  4. Click on drop-down arrow beside your name located in the upper right corner of the screen,
  5. Select on Profile,
  6. Your Identity information will display along with Banner ID number which begins with 840XXXXXX.

Special Note: Your will be prompted to provide your Banner ID number each time you visit, call, or email the Â鶹ÉçÇøP Financial Aid Office. So make sure you memorize or have it readily available to provide to the representative.

Banner Self Service provides access to the following:

  • Financial Aid
  • Registration
  • View Academic Transcript

Steps to review your Financial Aid award package:

  1. Log in to 
  2. Select Banner Self-Service
  3. Select Student and Financial Aid
  4. Select Financial Aid
  5. Click My Award Information
  6. Click View Award Offer by Aid Year
  7. Select Aid Year by clicking on the appropriate academic year 20XX-20XX
  8. Click Submit
  9. Click Award Overview
  10. This displays the Financial Aid Award for the current year

Steps to activate/reset your Financial Aid authorization. 

  1. Log in to
  2. Select Banner Self-Service
  3. Select Student and Financial Aid
  4. Select Financial Aid
  5. Select Financial Aid Authorization
  6. Select I Agree

Viewing your Financial Aid through the Online Account Center

Online Account Center provides access to:

  • Review charges and payments and make electronic payment
  • View Authorized Financial Aid
  • View Refund Amount

Steps to view authorized Financial Aid

  1. Click Online Account Center link from Braveweb home screen
  2. Quick View gives the current account status
  3. Balance Owed (Tuition, fees, housing, meal plan, etc)
  4. Estimated Authorized Financial Aid
  5. Current Balance Owed (A negative number usually indicates a refund amount. Example: -215.50, this means you may receive a refund of $215.50)
  6. View Current Activity provides overview Estimated Financial Aid and Current Activity description for billing charges

***The information listed above is a tool for the student to use to view balance, credit, and refund information. Please contact the Student Accounts Office  at 910-521-6855 to receive a more accurate, detailed, and up to date account balance.
