The Disability Income Plan of North Carolina (DIPNC) provides monthly replacement income to individuals in the form of short-term disability benefits, extended short-term disability benefits and long-term disability benefits if you become disabled while you are a permanent employee and are enrolled in either the Âé¶¹ÉçÇø Optional Retirement Program (ORP) or the Teachers' and State Employees' Retirement System (TSERS). Supplemental Disability Plan for TSERS Members -
