Â鶹ÉçÇø (Â鶹ÉçÇøP) is a constituent institution of the University of North Carolina (Â鶹ÉçÇø) system. According to The Â鶹ÉçÇø Code, Â鶹ÉçÇøP shall have a board of trustees composed of thirteen persons: eight are elected by the Â鶹ÉçÇø Board of Governors, four are appointed by the General Assembly and the student body president serves as an ex-officio member.
